Kickmates is run by Primaroas LLC ("we"). Questions: contact@primaroas.com. By using the Kickmates app you agree to these terms and to the waiver you accept before your first game.
We organise pickup soccer games: we book the field and sell spots in our own games. Once a game is On, it happens: we don't cancel it for low numbers.
A spot is yours once it's paid. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars.
Cancel 24 hours or more before kick-off and your money goes back to your card. Later than that, your spot is offered to others: if someone takes it, you're refunded; if nobody does by kick-off, it's kept.
If we cancel a game (for weather, the venue or safety), you get your money back on your card and your next game is free.
Refunds go to the card you paid with. Banks take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
You play at your own risk, under the waiver you accepted. Follow the host, the venue's rules and the law. Be decent to other players.
We may remove someone from a game or the app for unsafe or abusive behaviour. If we remove you from a paid game before it starts, we refund that spot.
Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with it. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for anything to do with a game is limited to what you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters takes effect.
